About Jill

Originally from Chapel Hill, Jill brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Long and Foster. She spent the first 10 years of her career working for an industry leader, buying and selling residential and recreational land from as far north as Maryland to as far west as Texas. She never lost sight of North Carolina and returned to her home state in 2010.

Jill's clients benefit from her knowledge and experience of the local market. She was raised when Chapel Hill was known as a 'little village". She remembers when trees were the only sights to see along Highway 15-501 connecting the two powerhouses, UNC and Duke. Jill returned to NC after the last real estate bubble knowing this area would be largely unaffected. The local growth and excitement has always endured and now companies, like Apple and Google, are calling this area home.

Jill is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Orange Chatham Association of Realtors. An alumna of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Jill earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology while playing varsity tennis as a scholarship athlete. Jill feels fortunate to have both her and her husband's parents living in Chapel Hill and Durham. Her young son is spoiled rotten by his grandparents....she wouldn't have it any other way, any other place.
